• I was responsible for registering beneficiaries under the Baxnaano social safety net program. My duties included verifying households, collecting accurate biodata, entering information into the SCOPE system, ensuring transparency, supporting community awareness, and coordinating with field teams to make sure eligible families were properly enrolled for cash assistance

As the Head of Marine Environment and Coastal Protection in Galmudug State, Somalia, I lead efforts to protect our marine and coastal resources. My work includes conserving ecosystems, engaging communities, organizing beach cleanups, implementing restoration projects, conducting environmental research and monitoring, collaborating with partners, and delivering education programs to promote sustainable practices.

• I served as the Field Lead Officer for the Consultancy, conducting an inventory of fisheries cooperatives and leading a comprehensive needs assessment. My responsibilities included coordinating field data collection, engaging with cooperatives and community members, verifying information, identifying capacity gaps, and compiling accurate findings to support project planning and decision-making.

I supervised voter registration activities and operated the Biometric Voter Registration (BVR) system. My role included managing the registration team, capturing and verifying voter data, handling technical issues, ensuring accuracy and transparency, and supporting a smooth and credible electoral process.

I lead the national fish loss and waste assessment in Somalia, coordinating data collection across all federal member states, using the EFLAM and LT systems, analyzing trends, developing reduction strategies, and preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.

• As the Head of Competitions at Dugsiyada Imam Malik, I design educational programs, lead awareness campaigns, collaborate with teachers and experts, manage academic events, and support students’ development. I also collect feedback to improve initiatives. My goal is to create an enriching learning environment that empowers students to succeed and make informed decisions.
