I am a Community Developer and Humanitarian aid professional with 6 years extensive experience in Livelihood and food security activities that focus on humanitarian issues such as refugee settlement, food distribution, community capacity building, and community mobilization. I have been vocal in educating and mobilizing communities faced with livelihood challenges and from this experienced, I am better positioned to deal with projects and programs that focus on community development issues. In addition, I am trained in Agriculture and can handle duties within these fields equally well. My goal is to venture in capacity building, advocacy and humanitarian programs while performing food security, Livelihoods and agriculture empowering through Agro recovery grants support
activities to the most vulnerable farming communities in Somalia, as well administrative duties in a challenging but rewarding environment.
· Ensure regular monitoring of EcoSec/food security situation in Lower Shabelle region.
· Plans, implements, and monitors the EcoSec program according to the institutional procedures and objectives.

Duties and responsibilities.
Program implementation and coordination:
· Ensured that livelihood program activities are commenced in a timely manner and implemented to a high standard, in compliance with Concern standards, policies and donor guidelines. Work in close collaboration with program staff to implement durable solutions project activities as outlined in the proposal.
· Developed or further SHG cluster and federation access to funding opportunities both internally and from external sources, including linkages with financial institutions, VSLAs, and mobile money technologies.
· Improved the quality/growth of individual SHGs to further progress into cluster level associations (CLAs) and federations for better establishment of community-driven programs
· Developed annual, quarterly and monthly work plans for the assigned components and keep the field coordinator updated of any changes of program activity updates, progress, and challenges.
· Collaborated with the M&E officer to ensure appropriate monitoring and evaluation of SHG L2E, TVET and IGA activities in SWS
