- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Oversee Payable / Receivables, applying company policies, ageing of Receivables and aged payable perform reconciliations
- Follow up client’s overdue payments and contribute to collection efforts
- Responsible of maintenance of the General Ledger, revise and post Fixed Assets, Accounts
- Payable, Receivables, Payroll, Cash and Bank Transactions
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statementsaccording to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc

- Review and reconcile bank accounts in monitor posting of deposits and withdraws "Post
- Dated checks
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediatelyavailable when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and documentation/ Records
- Respond to customer queries via social media platforms

- Staff management for attendances and dress code compliance
- Assisting office supplies and needs
- Regularly update and maintain leave follow ups and leave planning for all the staff
- Prepare a list of public holidays and keep all staff informed of public holidays
- Recruitment processes and Selection
- Maintaining human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
