Responsibilities
- Overall site supervision ,inspection and implementation of works
- Quality control and assurance of works
- Prepare and review Task Order proposals for the UN
- Preparation of tendering documents and bid analysis
- Day to day coordination of ongoing hard-wall task orders in Mogadishu and all of the sectors
- Material quantity estimations and project resources
Planning and scheduling of works of hard-wall projects - Preparation of working drawings such as drafts and structural detail drawings
- Preparation of BOQ’s , budgets and program of works
- Design of civil and structural works
- Supervision of subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Preparing weekly reports for the on-going hard-wall projects

- Compartmentalization of IOM OP compound blocks by Installing sliding doors and cladding accommodation blocks with side steel sheets inside AAIA , Mogadishu, Somalia –two phases
- Construction of the physical security upgrade at IOM compound-
- Construction of Car parking Shed at IOM Compound in Mogadishu, Somalia-
- Construction of the Kenyan Embassy in Mogadishu inside AAIA.
- Construction of Overhead Protection for UNSOS water plant inside AAIA , Mogadishu, Somalia

During this time I have also participated different projects such as the construction the Ugandan Embassy in Mogadishu, Somalia, construction of UNOCHA HQ inside UNSOS AAIA, construction of overhead protection of all over the sectors under ATMIS and other different projects. Also in charge of preparation of the structural detail drawings and BOQ’s.
