• Support efforts to preserve and promote Somalia's linguistic and Cultural heritage;
• Support preparation for Elif-Maay Committee in launching official Maay Language script 2023, and Fostering cultural preservation and linguistic identity;
• Played a pivotal role in promoting translation of primary national curriculum to Elif-Maay, which is principally, part of the development;
• Support and connect the academy in policy level at state and federal level;
• Development of Cultural heritage, Maintaining cultural diversity, fostering a sense of belonging, and passing down knowledge to future generations.

• Leading and comprehensively managing all activities within the functions of the institution or related to the development of education, tasks, and exercising powers of the Ministry as prescribed in the Law of State Government, the Government's working regulations and other relevant legal documents.
• Designed and implemented comprehensive educational programs that improved student learning outcomes.
• Supervise and rearrange departmental functions to streamline the administrative tasks;
• Extensively manage educational transformation initiatives; such as improving access to education in different districts and hard to reach areas and enhance government schools under the ministry of education.
• Participated in cross-functional teams to align educational goals with institutional objectives.
• Play a leading role and constantly follow up for implementation of Projects and Programs: Support the PIU in solving difficulties they face in both districts of Wanlaweyn and Hudur, Southwest State of Somalia, to effectively enhance the implementation strategy for Somali Human Capital Development Project in Southwest State of Somalia.
• Lead decision for the implementation of GPE support projects in Southwest State of Somalia, for last two terms of GPE project (Phase1 2021/2023 and Phase2 2023/2027).
• Coordinate the leadership role between the Ministry team and the district commissioner to smoothen the job to be carried out in respective areas for the implementation of projects such as: Construction and renovation of schools and learning centers;
• Conducting the design and planning early stage for needs assessment for school constructions under GPE and other donor support projects;
• To lead effectively operations for placing government teachers in government schools;
• To participate drafting policies and putting before the cabinet ministers;
• Organize Monitoring and supervision all programs, projects under different departments of the Ministry;
• Come up with Strategic leadership in the management of diverse and complex program areas, leading teams and working collaboratively across government and other external organizations;
• Participating in Steering Committees and Conferences for decision making among Federal Government of Somalia, Federal Member States, International/Local Organizations and Donors for implementation of educational projects in Somalia, particularly in Southwest State of Somalia.

As a member of the institution's leadership and management team, i particularly emphasis on the following areas:

• Promotion of youth through skills for work and life. With regard to my initiatives, during my course, i had the opportunity to establish a TVET center in Baidoa which is functioning well to promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
• Develop guidelines for regulating the quality of Higher Education in Southwest regions, since national policy for higher education was not adopted.
• Lead the strategies of distribution of resources to expand education services according to needs of Southwest districts;
• Organize big events/conferences annually for review and consult experts, staff, organizations working education, to reform the system.
• Implement educational initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of available powers, resources within the community.
• Provide effective leadership to a diverse team of workers, fostering a positive work environment that prioritize safety and productivity.
• Serve as an advisor for activities related to examination, curriculum, teachers training, and fostering mainly leadership roles among senior staff such as: DG and Departmental Directors.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills in overseeing day-to-day operations while also driving long-term strategic planning.
• Provide Public relations counsel to senior state leader, State President, advising on best practices and to reach potential success.
• Closely work with Southwest State president to define institutional goals and develop a roadmap for achieving them over time.

• Responsible for Circuit Switching related tasks (Voice and data).
• Maintain systems for monitoring the whole network
• Installing new hardware and configuring network and connecting fiber cables.
• Review of all information systems and related processes (manual and automated).
• Monitor Core Network Performance, identifying errors, malfunctions, degradation and troubleshooting of network.
• Recommend and propose improvements, optimization, capacity improvement and integration of current systems where possible.
• Establish and maintain permanent files, and retrieve files as requested.
• Provide technical expertise, procurement of equipment and installation of new systems.
• Install, support, maintain, repair and manage ICT hardware, software and peripheral equipment.
• Analyzes Voice/Data network configurations for critical corporate resources; develops plans and recommendations to improve the performance and efficiency of the telecom network; addresses all aspects including hardware, software, outside services, etc. and prevents unplanned disruptions of critical systems.
• Integrates system components, subsystems, facilities and services into the existing technical systems environment; assess impact on other systems, and works with other IM associates to ensure a positive impact; installs, configures, and verifies the operation of system components; maintains or improves integration and operation of systems relative to the overall environment; leads or participates as team member in cross-system projects
• Designs, implements, and oversees a proactive process to collect and report data and statistics on the telecom internetworking environment; ensures the systems operate efficiently and meet the needs of the organization; ensures they are kept at most current stable version/release using vendor-supplied updates and patches; performs research and testing to verify impact of installing all updates; coordinates vendor support and ensures relationship is never jeopardized; monitors performance of all assigned systems, responds to reports of slow or erratic performance; control of all aspects of the network; provides training to IM associates and clients as needed
• Optimize network and telecommunication systems and managed approximately 30 incoming calls, emails per day from customers for solving problems of network.
• Implement network expansion & improvement projects, contributing core network elements design and flowing up on vendors in order to introduce new technologies. Hardware and software design and installation.
• Ensure that the testing and handover of implemented solutions are conducted as per organizational standards, therefore reducing the risk and adverse impact of change
• Supporting roaming services and Value Added Services (VAS).
