• Acted as technical advisor for several projects and programs in both development and humanitarian contexts under the following sectors; markets system development (MSD), education, nutrition, child protection, WASH, , child rights governance, food security, and livelihoods.

• Provided essential support to mercy corps programs by supporting the roll-out of new monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems.

• Provided strategic direction regarding the MEL approach for field office programs and worked with partner organizations to secure a consistent approach to operations implementation.

• Developed MEL framework and detailed approaches and training materials, provided advice on and monitoring of technical quality, and ensuring completion of activities.

• Worked with existing key ministries and strengthen the information management capacity for an existing structure such as health information management systems (HIMS).
