  • Serve as focal person for maintaining and updating the Representative's schedule and agenda
  • Stay proactive on Scheduling meetings and appointments and manages Representative’s agenda, including addressing conflicts in the agenda, notify the Representative of his agenda and any changes, and ensure his preparation for meetings
