• Led multisectoral humanitarian programs across Somalia including ECHO wash, Global fund TB, Malaria & HIV, FCDO Better lives project, UNFPA SRH and SHF Health projects.
• Contributed to the winning FCDO Better lives project proposal in 2023 that led to the geographical expansion of Mercy USA's humanitarian intervention to 2 new areas of Galmudug and Togdheer regions in Somalia and Somaliland respectfully.
• Promoted community ownership through inclusion of health committees in program reviews.
• Trained 50 health workers on GBV and MPHSS, engaged communities on adolescent SRHR in Beledweyne district of Somalia.
• Supported BEmNOC training for 50 midwives BEmNOC and SRH awareness show at district of Hirshabelle state.
• Built local partner capacity in data reporting and program analysis by capacity building of senior management staff of two local partner organizations on their reporting capacity development TOJ in Galmudug and SAS in Somaliland.
• Mentored and trained 50 Health care workers on Clinical management of rape and mental and psychosocial support.
• Sensitized over 200 community women leaders, religious leaders and community gatekeepers in Hiraan on sexual reproductive health rights of adolescent boys and girls.
