Quality assurance department is responsible the systematic review of educational provision to maintain and improve its quality, equity and efficiency. It encompasses school self-evaluation, external evaluation (including inspection), the evaluation of teachers and school leaders, and student assessments.
· Properly evaluating and reporting on the work of teachers and on the progress of teaching on the subject area in schools.
· Evaluating and ensuring the quality and standards of teaching and learning in schools.
· Participating and contributing effectively in educational programs, both during and after school hours.
· Training principles of schools and guiding them for the use of education system applications.
· Providing advice's, inputs, support and monitoring in connection with curriculum, development, management and implementation.
· evaluation of teachers' teaching methods and practices, and the use of teacher ethics.
a) Leadership and Coordination,Lead and coordinate the activities of the TVET section, ensuring that all efforts align with the overall goals of the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Higher Education.
b) Program Development, Oversee the development and revision of TVET programs and curricula to ensure they are relevant and meet industry standards.
c) Staff Management, Supervise and support the professional development of our team members, including teachers and administrative staff.
d) Monitoring and Evaluation,Regularly I monitor and evaluate the performance of TVET programs and make data-driven decisions to enhance their effectiveness.
e) Stakeholder Engagement, Engage with stakeholders, including industry partners, educational institutions, and government bodies, to build strong partnerships and support for TVET initiatives.
f) Budget Management Manage the budget allocated to the TVET section, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
g) Quality Assurance Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that TVET programs maintain high standards and continuously improve.
h) Reporting Prepare regular reports on the progress and outcomes of TVET programs for internal and external stakeholders.
i) Innovation and Best Practices,Promote the adoption of innovative practices and the integration of new technologies in TVET programs to keep them current and effective.
.My Role Overview: As the LNGB project focal point (AGES), my role involves serving as the main liaison between the ministry and Care International, ensuring effective communication and coordination between the two entities.
In addition, I am responsible for overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of the project, ensuring that it meets its objectives and delivers the intended outcomes
Furthermore, I play a key role in training teachers and providing coaching support to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively implement the project's activities
This includes developing and delivering training programs, providing ongoing support and guidance, and monitoring the progress of teachers to ensure they are effectively implementing the project's initiatives
Overall, I am actively involved in the important activities of the AGES project, contributing to its success through my various responsibilities and roles
This includes participating in strategic planning, decision-making, and overall project management to ensure the project's objectives are met and its impact is maximized
