⮚ Identifying and referring refugees and asylum seekers with conflicting refugee information requiring, nationality changes, family composition, complete Basic-bio data L2 and L3 changes, medical attention and cases requiring protection intervention to the relevant departments for action.
⮚ Actively identifying and flagging cases of persons with specific needs including unaccompanied and separated children, alongside a particular emphasis on prioritizing the resolution of refugee claims for cases belonging to such group.
