My key responsibility was to establish this company as a promising challenger in the market with strong brand presence and significant gain in customer market share with top line revenue growth. In my current role as Chief Commercial Officer – Somtel Somaliland. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development to create new competitive concept proposals that generated an increase of 48% and 39% subs and revenue in two years. During my tenure, I had large scale responsibilities, leading & motivating cross-functional teams spread across Somaliland. I have been instrumental in developing and managing the current product portfolio for both GSM and FWA as well as establishment of the below guidelines.
