I am a dedicated and accomplished professional with a robust background in public policy, administration, International affairs, and International sustainable development and over seven years of experience in project management, project coordination, policy-making, evaluation, and implementation. I have worked with governmental and non-governmental organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Integrated Electoral Support Group (IESG) in consortium projects and managing donors' funds for Somalia's electoral process in 2020–2022, the Office of the Prime Minister of Somalia (OPM) in policy-making and strategic planning and other initiatives, the Somali Petroleum Authority (SPA) as an M&E Specialist, local organizations supported by Care International such as SWSC, and others throughout my career.

My collaboration with these entities demonstrates my ability to work effectively and contribute to the success of diverse projects and initiatives. My technical skills include expertise in public sector reform, policy-making, policy analysis, policy research, legislative analysis, data analysis, communication and public relations, critical thinking, evaluation, and oversight.
